hi all. I just wanted to make contact once more. I have been out of touch lately - in fact the velo has not moved at all in more than six months. Partly due to what little time I have being spent on my FIAT coupe and trying to get it through its controle technique (MOT), and my wanting to tinker on my Citroen GSA (my flavour of the month). Also due to the fact that I cannot start the bloody thing!
Anyway, I wish "all of you" (or should that be "both of you" complements of the season - and you will always be welcome here if you find youreself near Carcassonne in Southern France. Kind regards geoff

Thank you, Complements of the season to you and yours also. Good luck with the Citroen GSA, I used to have one, the 1100 engine size, it was a very good car, for what it was, it went like a rocket, I do regret selling it, as with all the old Citroens, the English MOT testers just did not understand them.

Compliments of the season to all. I really must get around to refurbing the pink thing, (barbie look alike), that belongs to my daughter, who has owned it for twenty years, not run it for 18 or so, but will not part with it. My granddaughter is nearly 15, and looks like she will be inheriting it. I did get it out of wraps a couple of years ago and started it up, then put it back to sleep again. I will give a blow by blow account of the task when the weather improves.

thanks Paul, very kind - and a happy one to you too. I went out for a short ride the other week. All fine but still difficult to start and although when warm it ticks over nicely - that only lasts for a few minutes - then it gradually dies out.
